For anyone feeling those mid-week blues Will has some great tunes for you, that'll hopefully get you on your feet and dancing!

Panama Wedding – Uma

This synthpop group from America are based in New York but not much can be found on them personally. However they have toured quite a bit, with bands such as St. Lucia, Magic Man, Smallpools, Dan Croll, and RAC.

Fine Young Cannibals - Funny How Love Is

Despite the creepy name, Fine Young Cannibals first studio album went gold in the UK in 1985. As the group are no longer active we probably won't be hearing anything new from them any time soon, with their last albums produced in the 200s didn't make the charts.

Tegan and Sara – Closer

Twins Tegan Rain Quin and Sara Keirsten Quin have been playing together since 1997, and had climbed to fame with their 2007 album, The Con. Tegan and Sara have been very active in Canadian and U.S. politics and are both advocates for LGBTQ rights,

I Set The Sea On Fire - Tastes Like Funk

We go to Sheffield now, with alternative rock band I Set The Sea On Fire. The band have played many UK festivals, such as Liverpool Sound City, Y Not Festival and Kaya Festival. UK Festival Guide once described ISTSOF as, "Punk, Power Pop, and Indie Rock and Roll tossed into a blender and turned on high."

Nothing But Thieves – Itch

Leaving Sheffield to a slight different part of the UK, we have five-piece alternative rockers Nothing But Thieves from Southend-on-Sea in Essex. Only forming in 2012 they are often compared to other artists such as Foals, The Neighbourhood, and Civil Twilight.

Cast – Walkaway

Finally where travelling to Liverpool to listen to rock band Cast who emerged from the Britpop movement during the mid-1990s. Having gone through many ups and downs, including splitting up between 2001 and 2009, Cast have recently released signed to new label Creation Management and have just released their new album.
