Summer needs to hurry up, so this week's Monday Madness is helping you escape reality and think where you're wanting to travel this year...

George Ezra- Budapest

So, it turns out that Mr Ezra didn't actually write this song about the country of Hungary and at the time of writing, he had actually never even been to the city. He was in Sweden when he was meant to board a train to Budapest the next day, but unfortunately was a little worse for wear and never made the train. It's such a chirpy, feel-good song and hey, you never know, maybe George could come with us when we going city-breaking this summer?

Imagine Dragons- America

After bursting onto the scenes back in 2012, Imagine Dragons have gone from strength to strength. They were named the 'Breakthrough Band of 2013', have five Billboard Music Awards under their belt and a Grammy Award for the Best Rock Performance. Some would say they are doing remarkably well. As of January this year, the alternative rock band have reached sales of 9 million albums and 27 million singles worldwide.

Hilary Duff- Wake Up

For ever single girl born in the 90's, Lizzie Mcguire is the girl we all could relate to. Even if she was clumsy and always getting herself into trouble, we all wanted to be her; me for sure. This song came after her Hilary Duff grew up and couldn't pretend to be a 14 year-old girl anymore. The song talks London, Paris and even Tokyo, of which, you'll probably want to go to at least one. It's a perfect song to get you in the mood to go out on a school night that's for sure!

Fergie- LA Love

Stacy Ann Duhamel, or better known as Fergie, released this absolute unforgettable tune in September 2014. It sticks to her beloved hip-hop genre and lists off many random cities in the three minutes, some, if not all are cities we want to visit. Moscow for the architecture, London for Big Ben or Rio for Christ the Redeemer? Fancy any of them? I mean, you can always just listen to the song if not...where do you want to go next?

Clean Bandit- Cologne

Every fancied visiting Germany? Clean Bandit did just that and it inspired the composition of this track. It features on the bands debut album, New Eyes, introduces Nikki Cislyn as the main voice. Clean Bandit met the vocalist through the group's studio space in London, which is part of a council project where they take on trainees who aspire to be in the music production industry. The song follows the bands genre of Baroque Pop, using plenty of orchestral and synthesised instruments to create another quirky, but more chilled out tune.
