It’s time to start feeling good!

Jamie XX & Gill-Scott Heron - I’ll Take Care Of You

British producer Jamie XX was approached by XL Recordings after the death of Gill-Scott Heron to remix his album, I'm New Here. It seems to be a match made in heaven, with Jamie XX's futuristic sound blending perfectly with Gill's classic soul style. The track comes from remixed album called We’re New Here.

C2C - Delta

So most bands have a drummer, guitarist, bassist and singer, right? Well C2C are a four piece band with none of those. Each band member has their own set of turntables and perform as a band by mixing and performing different parts of the song at different times by using their DJing skills on the turntables.

SBTRKTPharaohs

Pronounced as ‘Subtract’, this UK producer likes to hide behind a slightly unusual name and even more unusual masks. The artist frequently wears what he calls “modern interpretations of masks from native societies” with most being influenced by African tribal masks. SBTKRT does this is keep his face out of the spotlight and lets the fans “focus on the music, not him”.

Kool and The Gang Jungle Boogie

This funk classic is guaranteed to put you in an awesome mood. From its cool horns to its snappy drums, this is a feel-good classic. Incredibly, Kool and The Gang have been grooving for over 50 years now! The group was initially founded in 1964 by two brothers when they were thirteen!

This cool rap classic has got the perfect laid-back, feel good vibe that we all love. Rapper MF Doom might sound like he’s American as they come, but interestingly, he’s actually from London. His family moved to New York when he was a teenager, which resulted in him loosing his English accent. He’s still British on paper though, as he never attained an American citizenship and still uses a British passport!
