From festival chin wagging to the latest scandals in music, this playlist talks all things music from the last week.

Fleetwood Mac - Rhiannon

Fleetwood Mac, along with The Eagles, Journey, Steely Dan, Earth Wind & Fire, and The Doobie Brothers have been pegged to head-up a two festivals, Classic East and Classic West events. The music festivals are said to be taking place on July 15th and 16th.

Beyoncé - Hold Up

While it's no well kept secret that Queen Bey is wildly popular, where politicians stand on the singer is still in a well kept secret. Irish journalist Amy O'Connor, decided it was time to end the mystery. She asked every Irish politician where they stood, and we here at Chooniverse, have split our sides laughing at the results.

Irish Fianna Fáil politician, Declan Breathnach, said: "Like most people I’m a huge fan of Queen B. To paraphrase Kanye she’s ‘one of the best of all time.'

"Survivor would have to be my favourite song of hers, what an anthem! It almost describes the life of a politician: 'I’m not gon' stop, I’m gon' work harder, I’m a survivor.’”

Ed Sheeran - Galway Girl

It was the come back of a lifetime. Nine out of ten of last week's chart rundown were off Ed's new album ÷ (Divide). Despite his album's overwhelmingly success, the Suffolk singer has said he thinks the way the charts are compiled should be re-designed. Do I detect a hint of modesty?

Paramore - Still Into You

The Misery Business crew have been at it again. Rumour has it, they've registered "an album's worth" of new tunes to ASCAP ACE Repertory. It's looking like a new release might be landing sooner than we though.

The Who - My Generation

The Who have announced plans to hold a residency in Las Vegas. The group are heading up six shows at the legendary Caesars Palace from the end of July up until mid August.
