We have all been waiting for Ed Sheeran's album ever since the release of Shape of You and Castle on the Hill. It finally happened. He released his third album, prounced divide, on 3rd March 2017.
Sheeran managed to dominate the UK Top 50 on Spotify and currently holds the top 6 spots in the UK official singles charts.
However, we have all been waiting to find out if he was going to steal Adele's crown for the fastest selling album in one week.
Sadly for Sheeran, he missed out on the top spot and has taken home the bronze medal by selling over 672,000 copies. Wow.
Although he did get to wear the crown, his album has been named as the fastest selling album by a male artist ever. Pretty impressive right?
We're so happy for Ed's success in his first week of sales and still have his album on repeat.
