TGIF! We can now finally relaxed after a week of hard work with some bangers to get us ready for the weekend. We'll be taking a trip back to the noughties with a few of the songs on this week's playlist to remind you of what we've all been missing.

Kicking things off with a bit of Calvin Harris, this 00s homage to everything 80s reminds us why we love this Scottish DJ. This throwback is a far cry from the v-neck wearing, Taylor-Swift- dating, gym bunny Calvin we have today. This video it reminds us that we’ll still love his music, whatever he looks like.

Disclosure You And Me (Flume Remix)

This awesome remix of the Disclosure hit You And Me is not only a dance floor filler, but also a grin-inducer. Taking an already awesome song and giving it a spacier, upbeat feel, this song is a great way to brighten up your Friday.

Madison Avenue – Don’t Call Me Baby

This 00s classic is sure to have anyone smiling. The group who released this are confusingly named after the famous New York street Madison Avenue which is a slightly odd choice of name when you realise that the group is actually from Australia! Doesn’t stop it being a banger though!

Spiller feat. Sophie Ellis BextorGroovejet

DJ Spiller looms large in this iconic video for this classic song. A perfect mix of Sophie's smooth vocals and Spiller's cool DJ stylings, this track is a feel-good banger.

Sergio Mendes feat. The Black Eyed PeasMas Que Nada

This modern remix of a South American classic will put anybody in a good mood. Combining samba and hip hop to great effect, this Brazilian banger has probably graced as many football highlight reels as it has dance floors due to its inseparable association to Brazilian beaches and football culture.
