Welcome to this week’s Feel-Good Friday playlist. These are the happiest tracks
to start off your Friday and will keep you smiling all weekend...
The Bar Kays - Too Hot To Stop
This Funky classic is the perfect way to kick off your Friday. Being the unofficial
theme to the 2007 hit comedy Superbad. the track will have you smiling as much
as the film did. Being a perfect time capsule of 70s funk, this is a great throwback
to start the day with.
The Four Tops - Are You Man Enough?
This Disco-influenced Motown track is rousing, exciting and definitely very, very
feel-good. The perfect track for a long commute, or the partner to a cool beer at
the end of the long day, this track is the perfect Friday track.
MGMT - Time To Pretend
This feel-good track featured on the new Spiderman trailer released this week
and rightly so as this awesome mid-noughties indie gem from MGMT’s albums
Time To Pretend definitely lights up any playlist it’s on.
Kendrick Lamar - i
This track from To Pimp A Butterfly is feel-good in every way, from its cheery
chorus to its bright guitars. The happy track hides a slightly darker lyrical
message, but the upbeat drums and piano make you physically unable to stop
smiling.
Tensnake - Coma Cat
This upbeat house track will turn any car or living room into the worlds happiest
club. With its infectious beat and bright synths, this club staple is the perfect
track to put you in a great mood. Coming from the German DJ Tensnake, this
2010 banger will have everyone you play it to smiling all day.
